José F. Rodríguez has over 18 years of experience in management, organizational administration, leadership and teaching. His areas of expertise focus on various aspects of organizational communication, including business communication (e.g., memo-writing, running effective meetings, etc.), conflict management and resolution, improving employee relations, supervisory communication, occupational health and well-being at work, stress management and interventions, intercultural communication and building intercultural competence, diversity and inclusion, executive skills development, and preparation for experiences to foreign assignments. He has taught at the university level for over 15 years, with a wide range of student populations, including non-traditional students, and has lead courses abroad (e.g., France, Belgium, and Germany). He holds a bachelor’s degree in communication, a master’s degree in organizational administration, and a Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology.
